Human beings need a freedom and rights. Rights of human make everyone to enjoy his or her life freely without violating others rights and freedom. The human civilization depends on practice of human rights which play the prime role to improve human civilization.

The United Nations Organization (UNO) has main role in legal provision of human rights. The General Assembly of the UNO held on 10th December 1948 declared basic rights for personality development of human beings. This declaration is called Universal Declaration of the Human Rights. It contains 30 provisions under which each and every right is recognized as fundamental. They are civil, economic, political and social; and freedom of every individual irrespective of caste, class, social, status, religion or sex. Because of this provision of human rights, all the democratic countries of the world have specified various rights to their citizens through legal provision in their constitutions. Civil rights contain personal rights, social rights, religious rights and economic rights. Political rights involve right to vote, right to contest in the election, right to hold public offices and right to petition.

Human rights are very important in human civilization. If citizens are given all the human rights, then they can complete their duties being real citizen. The discrimination between the people can be removed by the legal provision and practice of human rights. Human rights stop people from committing crimes. The feeling and practice of co-operation and brotherhood can be enhanced among the people. Human rights get complete practice of human rights enables everyone to develop a close relation with other people in the society.

Most of the country of the world has to promise to implement all the human rights. Human right organization should provide complete human rights to the people. Human rights are at the root of human civilization. Human rights make peace, justice and freedom.
